Cruise to the Caribbean

SeaViews_Blog_body_kotor_1Think you’ve sailed it all? Think again. Royal Caribbean just revealed our full lineup of 2016-2017 itineraries, many of them offering unique routes, never-before-cruised itineraries and new ships. Here are eight new itineraries, among the hundreds of possibilities in our Adventure Collection, to start with.

Venetian Variety

Venice is the romantic jumping off point for some of Royal Caribbean’s most unique and varied summer Europe itineraries. One example: The 10-night Med Variety Cruise onboard Rhapsody of the Seas. It sails to off-the-beaten-path places like Zadar, Croatia, where you can walk along the world’s only sea organ, a series of tubes and whistles that is “played” by the incoming waves and intriguing Kotor, Montenegro, a medieval labyrinth nestled on a deep bay surrounded by soaring cliffs.

Epic Pacific Adventure

Got an adventurous side and a few weeks to spare? Explorer of the Seas is embarking on a 24-day Transpacific voyage that’s a tropical trail mix of amazing islands. Start in Seattle and cruise on over to Hawaii, be sure to make time for Waikiki’s famous beaches and Maui’s laid-back Lahaina surfing village. Then, sail past the International Dateline before hitting island overdrive in the South Pacific. Explore the waterfalls of Suva, Fiji; the quaint Parisian-style markets of Noumea, Caledonia; the serene beaches of uninhabited Mystery Island, and more, before arriving in Sydney, Australia.

Grandeur of the Seas will cruise a southern seaboard medley on a unique nine-nighter that sets out from Baltimore. Yes, you’ll get the best of the Bahamas with a day in Nassau and another at CocoCay, our private island paradise. The perk is you also get time in a handful of great U.S. cities like Miami, charming Charleston, South Carolina, and Port Canaveral, Florida, which gives you quick access to Kennedy Space Center and Orlando’s many attractions.

SeaViews_Blog_body_harmony_1Perfect Harmony

Harmony of the Seas debuts Spring 2016 with plenty of reasons to get excited – like all the perks that make Oasis class the world’s favorite cruise ships, plus the newest experiences of Quantum class, PLUS a few surprises we can’t tell you about just yet. You can be among the first to experience Harmony of the Seas’ seven neighborhoods and three towering waterslides on her debut sailings to the Western Mediterranean, all through the summer.

Dutch Island Dreaming

It’s rare to find a Southern Caribbean itinerary that doesn’t require sailing out of Puerto Rico. That distinction is only the beginning of what makes Navigator of the Seas’ new itineraries so different. Depart from Miami for a nine-night jaunt to islands loaded with the charm of Dutch influence. Oranjestad, Aruba, is packed with color, from adorable row houses to vibrant reefs. In Willemstad, Curacao, travel underground to see ancient petroglyphs along a mystical lake. And in Bonaire, you might spot a wild Flamingo – after all, this is one of only four places in the world where they breed.
